ABOUT Seacrest Beach
Headed east, as 30A crosses Camp Creek Lake (a.k.a. to us, Bobby’s old bus stop) , Seacrest unfolds, harkening back to old South Walton: The dense coastal scrub, brimming lake, and relatively spacious development foster a sense of tranquility…a quieter side of life and vacationing in Sowal.
Despite the mellowed pace of the Seacrest area it doesn’t take long to discover a wealth of outdoor opportunities including golf, fishing, swimming, stand up paddling, kayaking, and of course the beach!
Having stated that, and adding the fact that world-class shopping, dining and entertainment are located just a few miles in either direction, Seacrest is a win, win, win. We threw in the extra win because we just REALLY like Seacrest.
